Meet the Team
Javier Luevanos was born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, getting his real estate license in 1997. He has strategically networked with realtors, wholesalers, and lenders throughout his career. He focuses on the operations side of real estate, communicating with clients, showcasing his experience, and recommending the best next steps. In addition to selling homes, he invests in real estate regularly.
When Javier isn’t meeting clients, he enjoys hanging with his family and cracking open a cold one to watch some sports. One of his favorite pastimes is going out with his wife and friends or traveling with family.

Anthony Luevanos was born and raised in Downey and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned his Bachelors's Degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he started his sales career at Oracle Corporation, where he nurtured his sales and negotiation skills. In 2019, he made the leap of faith in real estate full-time. Anthony is a third-generation realtor and understood a tremendous opportunity to revolutionize real estate with value-driven content, social media marketing, and utilizing cutting-edge technology. Anthony oversees the team, creates educational content daily, strategizes, negotiates, and ensures every transaction is held to the highest standard.
When Anthony isn’t selling houses, he is either working out, playing sports, hanging with buddies, or locked in his room trying to learn a new dance move. Seriously, you should ask him to bust out a move next time you see him.

Bonnie was born and raised in Goleta, CA. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton, in 2015, with a Bachelor's in Communications. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree, she began working in property management, managing over 400 residential units. While working as a property manager, she discovered an interest and passion for real estate. Bonnie leads our blog and newsletter, educating buyers and sellers.
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her friends, and trying new restaurants around LA. She is also fluent in Cantonese.

Shortly after she graduated, she moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and worked in the logistics industry. She has an extensive background in customer service, communication, and coordinating. With a client-first mentality, she puts her expertise and love for negotiating at the forefront for all of her clients. Always with the end goal of making their real estate dreams a reality.
