In this episode we dive into the nationwide housing shortage. Currently, housing supply is at its lowest level since 1970. Freddie Mac states we need 3.8 million more homes to meet our current demand. Goldman Sachs predicts that only 600,000 homes will hit the market from foreclosures. With record low rates, rising prices of construction, and a huge deficit in how many homes needed to meet demand, we can expect prices to increase moving forward.
